What information is collected and processed by the Clinic?
Clinic collects automatically generated information on the visitors to the Clinic website based on your surfing behaviour during your use of the website. This is stored by Piwik, an open-source software package. Piwik is set up in such a way that no cookies are created. We also respect DoNotTrack preferences. IP addresses are only ever stored anonymously, in the form of 192.168.xxx.xxx. In this way, your privacy is assured.
The information that we store, consists of, among other things from your browser, the pages visited, keywords you used, etc. This information can provide us with insight into the information our visitors are looking for. In this way we can constantly improve our website by making highly sought after information as easy to find as possible.

In addition to automatically generated details we collect the (personal) details provided in the application form from the visitors of the Clinic website who submit a request via an application form.
You can seek consent from Clinic to add information to the Clinic website (“Participant”). Before consent is granted you will need to provide certain information. If consent is granted, you will then receive a login name and a password.
What does Clinic use your details for?

Firstly, Clinic uses the information that they have collected about you to be able to deliver services to you. The Clinic will only use the personal details they receive to deal with your application. The personal details obtained from participants are only used in the context of providing access to the Clinic website.
In addition, it may occur that Clinic wants to inform you of new developments regarding its services. If you don’t want to make use of these services, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to email@example.com. An option to unsubscribe is also offered in each separate contact.
Clinic uses the automatically generated information for statistical purposes as well as for security reasons.
Provision to third parties
If in the future a reorganisation (in whatever way) takes place within Clinic, it may be necessary that we have to transfer your (personal) details to another organisation. Furthermore, we will disclose your personal details if we are of the opinion in all reasonableness that we are required to do so by the relevant law or regulation. Except for the foregoing, we will however not provide your personal details to third parties, for whatever purposes, including, but not limited to, direct marketing purposes. Clinic will take suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your (personal) details against loss or against any form of unlawful handling.
The Data Protection Act requires personal information be retained no longer than necessary. We always try to treat your applications made via the application form within 14 days. After a month your application is automatically anonymised.
Clinic acknowledges that some applications may contain sensitive information. That’s why we give you the option of submitting an application with PGP encryption is available. To this effect, you can fill in our application form with the message that you would like to encrypt your application. To this effect, the Clinic will contact you to deal further with your application.
In addition to the option of a PGP encryption, the entire website is served on an encrypted (SSL) connection.
